		<description><![CDATA[The <a href="http://www.accessgenealogy.com/pennsylvania/johnstown_pennsylvania_horror.htm">Johnstown Pennsylvania flood</a> was one of the worst natural disasters in Pennsylvania history. By the time the wall of water had subsided, 2,200 lives were lost, many more were injured, and destruction was rampant. The flood would impact the lives of the residents and visitors to that tourist area, much as the current Hurrican Katrina did in modern day.]]></description>
