Canadian Genealogy has posted the complete 1851 Canadian Directory. A small monumental feat, this directory consists of over 38,000 names of the professional and business men of every description, in all the cities, towns, and principal villages of Canada, together with a complete post office directory of the province to November, 1851.

AccessGenealogy is one of the largest providers of free genealogy databases online. Created in 1999 by Dennis Partridge and Judy White, it’s collection of free databases now surpasses 1.1 million names.
